Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Handle L2 and L3 issues on Azure DevOps services.
• Install and configure standard and virtual firewalls in Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with GCP/Azure clouds.
• Work extensively with Palo Alto Networks firewalls in Azure (VM Series and Physical).
• Deep understanding of Palo Alto UserID/Role-Based functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto concepts and features.
• Familiarity with networking troubleshooting tools (ping, tracert, tracemon, tcpdump, etc.).
• Analytical skills for network traffic analysis, flow manipulation, and application understanding.
• Broad knowledge of LAN technologies including TCP/IP, AIX/UNIX/LINUX, Windows, and network security tools.
• Experience with IP networking, including addressing, switching, and routing.
• Manage wireless and LAN networks, switches, routers, and related equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Set up Azure monitoring, including Express Routes, Virtual Networks, Subnets, Peering, Log Analytics, and Alerts.
• Configure active/passive high availability in Azure.
• Adhere to change management procedures for technical changes in production.
• Manage patching, configuration backups, cloud service incidents, and SLA management.
• Support existing and new infrastructure in public cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain security policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Audit cloud tasks using CloudTrail.

Essential Skills
