Job summary

Roadpost, Inc. is seeking a hands-on NetSuite technical expert to lead Phase 2 of our Inventory Management and WMS implementation across 10 subsidiaries and 7 currencies.

You will review designs, configure SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, integrate Celigo and Zone-related tools, remediate Phase 1 debt, and ensure scalable solutions while clearly communicating with Finance, Operations, IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical or techno-functional experience including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency OneWorld environments.
• Strong experience with NetSuite Inventory Management and/or WMS in inventory-intensive environments.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches/SuiteQL, custom records and NetSuite configuration; able to modernize legacy SuiteScript 1.0.

Responsibilities

Why This Role Matters

Roadpost is entering the next phase of our NetSuite OneWorld implementation, with a focus on Inventory Management and WMS. Our environment spans 10 subsidiaries and 7 currencies, with integrations including Zone & Co, ZoneCapture/Beanworks, NSPB, and Celigo.

We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite technical expert to provide the internal depth needed to successfully deliver Phase 2, while strengthening our existing environment. You will work alongside our implementation partners, independently reviewing technical decisions and delivered work while also helping remediate technical debt remaining from Phase 1.

This is a remote opportunity, and candidates may be located anywhere in Ontario.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Phase 2 Technical Oversight. Serve as Roadpost’s internal NetSuite expert throughout the Inventory Management/WMS implementation, reviewing solution design, configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and implementation deliverables.
• Solve Inventory & WMS Challenges. Provide hands-on expertise across serialized inventory, warehouse operations, returns/RMAs, inventory movement, and inventory lifecycle management.
• Validate Implementation Quality. Assess implenetation-partner recommendations, identify unnecessary customization or technical risk, and ensure delivered solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Remediate Phase 1 Technical Debt. Audit existing scripts, workflows, and customizations; assess legacy SuiteScript 1.0 deployments; and address performance, configuration, and other outstanding technical issues.
• Support Inegrations & Data. Troubleshoot integrations involving Celigo, Zone & Co, ZoneCapture/Beanwork, and NSPB, and support the migration and validation of inventory, item, order, serial/RMA, and other operational data.
• Maintain Technical Knowledge. Document key architecture, customizations, integrations, and design decisions, and communicate technical risks and recommendations clearly to Finance, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.

What You Bring

• NetSuite Expertise. 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical or techno-functional experience, including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency OneWorld environments.
• Inventory & WMS Experience. Strong practical experience implementing or supporting NetSuite Inventory Management and/or WMS in an inventory-intensive environment.
• Technical Capability. Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches/SuiteQL, custom records, and NetSuite configuration, with the ability to assess and modernize legacy SuiteScript 1.0.
• Implementation Judgment. Demonstrated ability to review existing or proposed NetSuite solutions, identify design and customization risks, and determine when native functionality is preferable to custom development.
• Troubleshooting Experience. Comfortable inheriting an exisiting NetSuite environment, diagnosing complex technical issues, and improving implementations that require remediation.
• Clear Communication. Able to translate technical issues into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Platform Experience. Experience with Celigo, Zone & Co, NSPB, ZoneCapture/Beanworks, inventory data migration, or serialized hardware/device environments is an asset.
• NetSuite Certification. NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or relevant developer certification is an asset.
• NetSuite – Amazon FBA Integration Experience. Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon FBA through Celigo, including familiarity with Celigo’s Amazon connector.
• AI Use. Experience using AI tools to support development, troubleshooting, and day-to-day productivity.

• Hourly Range. $70 - $85 CAD hourly.
