Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant focused on NetSuite to join our Technology Enablement practice in Toronto, Ontario. You will collaborate with Strategy team members, configure NetSuite environments, and translate requirements into actionable functionality.

The role emphasizes client relationship building and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 3–5 years NetSuite implementation or optimization experience.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and implement ERP/CRM/PSA solutions.
• Experience with multiple business applications (QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy team to develop NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite environments for proofs of concept and client executives.
• Translate business requirements into NetSuite functionality with Strategy team.
• Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy.
• Build custom scripted solutions for client needs.
• Conduct internal testing and UAT on NetSuite environments.
• Attend pre-sales meetings to assess project scope with sales team.
• Provide client support and be the go-to project resource.
• Train end-users on processes and applications.
