The Commitment

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant and Project Manager with ERP implementation experience, especially with cloud solutions like NetSuite. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end projects, working with senior stakeholders, mastering our NetSuite methodology, and leading project delivery with proactive planning and communication. You will also mentor a small project team and support PMO functions.

The Essential

• Eligible to work and travel in Canada and the US
• At least 8 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with NetSuite, covering finance, supply chain, and operations
• 6+ years of project management experience in cloud/technology consulting, familiar with agile/hybrid delivery
• An MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to recommend process improvements aligned with best practices
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration platforms
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and complexities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calm, confident, and collaborative under pressure, with leadership qualities
