Job summary

DM Elite Talent is seeking an experienced NetSuite Financial Administrator for a growing distribution organization in Ontario. The role requires hands-on NetSuite expertise and strong accounting skills to optimize financial operations.

You will manage NetSuite configurations, support AP/AR/GL, and develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports while training users and driving process improvements across Finance, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financials.
• Solid accounting background across AP, AR, GL, financial reporting and month-end close.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Strong understanding of distribution, wholesale, logistics or other inventory-intensive environments.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related education.

Responsibilities

• Support AP, AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, banking and cash management.
• Manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles and permissions.
• Develop and enhance financial reports, KPIs and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to Finance and Accounting users.
• Lead user training and drive adoption of best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and external NetSuite consultants.
• Support ERP projects, upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
