Overview

Job Title: NetSuite Account Executive

Role: FT

Location: Toronto, Canada

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads via cold calling, networking, email campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively
  • Manage & nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business
  • Provide after sales support & ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell & cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Meet or Exceed sales quotas / revenue targets
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress through CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with industry and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product teams to ensure customer needs are met & sales goals are achieved
  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress through CRM software
  • Prepare regular sales report for management
  • Must have strong familiarity and understanding of NetSuite products / modules
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of Sales experience preferably in B2B or Saas Sales
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of NetSuite products / modules
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software - Salesforce / HubSpot
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
