Job summary

V R Della Infotech Inc is hiring to contribute to project research, discovery, and solution development across frontend and backend layers in a Canadian setting. You will lead technical discovery, craft comprehensive artifacts, and work with product owners to plan features and deployments.

The role emphasizes reusable components, maintainable code, and collaboration with frontend designers to ensure a consistent user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Backend experience with C# .NET Core and/or Node.js (NestJS/Express).
• Familiarity with relational databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Awareness of AI/ML skillsets is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project research and discovery, contributing to field research and user interviews.
• Lead technical discovery and deliver artifacts such as diagrams and documentation.
• Provide solution design and development services based on discovery insights.
• Complete features for exemplar projects to meet product owners' needs and improve user experience.
• Identify and resolve functional and non-functional defects; improve code quality, tooling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with frontend designers to ensure a consistent look and feel across solutions.
• Advise product owners on technical efforts and implementation options to enable frequent delivery.
• Support solution deployment and launch for limited and general availability.
• Contribute to a platform of user-centric services with reusable components and capabilities.
• Onboard new technical team members and maintain documentation, improving development practices.

Job description

1. 1. Participate and contribute to project research and discovery:
   • a. Contribute to field research and user interviews; and
   • b. Lead technical discovery and deliver related Artifacts such as diagrams and documentation.
2. 2. Provide solution design and development services related to:
   • a. Detailed solution designs based on shared understanding from discovery;
   • b. Completion of features for the continued development of exemplar projects that meet the needs of the product owners and improve the experience of Albertans;
   • c. Functional and non-functional defect discovery and resolution; and
   • d. Enhancements to solution code quality, tooling, and documentation for improved maintainability.
3. 3. Collaborate with frontend designers to deliver solutions aligned to a consistent look and feel.
4. 4. Advise and inform product owners on technical efforts and implementation options to facilitate frequent delivery.
5. 5. Support solution deployment and launch for limited and general availability.
6. 6. Contribute to a platform of user-centric services through:
   • a. Focus on reuse in solution design and implementation; and
   • b. Direct contribution to reusable common components and capabilities.
7. 7. Sustain ongoing development through onboarding of technical team members, maintaining technical documentation, adopting and improving team development and quality practices and processes.
