Job summary

Capgemini Canada is seeking a seasoned .NET professional to design, implement, and maintain solutions for legacy applications on Windows platforms. You will drive automation, reduce technical debt, and document changes while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Canada and beyond.

You will work with modern security mechanisms like OAuth and Active Directory, and engage with Site Reliability Engineering to prioritize project work in a global context.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience using .NET technology to develop and maintain front-end to back-end cloud and Windows hosted components.
  • Experience with security auth mechanisms via OAuth, Active Directory, and Application Certificates.
  • Proficiency with HTTP, SOAP, REST protocols and XML data layouts for data movement.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and refactoring of legacy code.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain technical solutions for legacy .NET apps on Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers.
