Responsibilities

  • Guide staff on Mystery Shopper scripts
  • Train new employees on Nessoft and machine use
  • Provide coffee training
  • Ensure adherence to Nespresso policies and procedures
  • Communicate main B2B points to guests
  • Set onboarding training agendas for new hires

People Management

  • Create staff schedules for daily boutique tasks
  • Communicate company values clearly
  • Recognize employee achievements

Stock and Nessoft Management

  • Maintain stock levels and supplies
  • Process returns and stock transfers
  • Manage boutique budget for decoration and tasting products
  • Report stock deficiencies

Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
  • Meet weekly with the manager

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in customer relations and sales training
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT phone systems, and statistics
  • Ability to prioritize and analyze
  • Capacity to handle difficult customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in coffee and passion for our products
