Humber River Health in Toronto is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the Nephrology Program on a permanent part-time basis. The role involves diabetes care, dialysis-related nutrition management, and patient education within a busy acute care setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise nutrition students, and contribute to evidence-based practice while supporting diverse patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition
• M.Sc. in Nutrition or related field preferred
• Completion of an accredited dietetic internship and Dietitians of Canada membership or eligibility
• Must be in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Diabetes Educator certification or pursuit is an asset

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate diabetes care for referred patients
• Contribute to evidence-based professional practice models
• Manage flexible caseload in a busy acute care setting
• Supervise nutrition students/interns
• Collaborate with the nephrology/dialysis care team
