Job Description:

A vacancy has arisen in the Neonatal Unit, Kirkcaldy for a Band 6 Neonatal Nurse/Midwife.

We are a Level 2 Neonatal Unit, consisting of 4 ITU, 2 High Dependency, and 11 Special Care cots.

Currently, we have 4 qualified Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and 2 Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

We are a forward-thinking unit seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team.

You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work both within a team and independently.

You will be expected to deliver high standards of care using a holistic, family-centered approach.

An up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practice and a commitment to delivering clinically effective neonatal care are essential.

You should have a recognized neonatal qualification and experience working within a neonatal unit.
