Overview

We are seeking a per diem, experienced, certified NNP to join our outstanding group of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners at our Macon, Georgia practice. Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, located in Macon, Georgia is the only dedicated pediatric hospital in central and south Georgia.

Responsibilities
  • Our practice consists of the 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU.
  • Services provided include: high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling.
  • Readily available subspecialty support.
  • Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs.
  • Shifts are 24 hours in-house.
  • Atrium Health Navicent is a designated Level-I trauma center, one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia, and a three-time Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence nationwide.
  • Opened new 50,000 square foot, state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit: Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital in the first quarter of 2019.
Qualifications
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master’s degree.
  • Certified NNP with recent experience required.
  • GA license or compact state license required.
