Our Village at Tansley Woods located in Burlington, ON is looking for our next Neighbourhood Coordinator to join our village leadership team.

As a Neighbourhood Coordinator, you will:

  • Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture.
  • Support your team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care focused on flexible living and quality of life.
  • Lead, empower, and support self-directed neighbourhood team members.
  • Leverage your strengths, skills, and knowledge to achieve our mission and care outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with team members, residents, families, and the community.
  • Demonstrate serving leadership.
  • Coach and lead team performance, HR, health and safety, and communication.
  • Lead care conferences with residents and families.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for residents and families.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Certificate or Diploma in a related field or have equivalent leadership experience.
  • Respect the rights and dignity of all residents, families, team members, and visitors.

Assets include:

  • Previous leadership experience in a Senior Living environment.
  • Knowledge of the Long-Term Care Act, Retirement Home Regulations, and Resident Bill of Rights.
