NDT (non-destructive testing) maintenance technician
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
Will train
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Tasks
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects
Interpret and document liquid penetrant inspection
Prepare surface for liquid penetrant inspection
Use electromagnetic eddy current testing methods
Establish NDI techniques and calibration standards
Set up, calibrate, operate and interpret magnetic particle, eddy current, liquid penetrant, acoustic emission, and infrared thermographic equipment
Maintain test result reports
Credentials
