Job summary

MISTRAS Services Inc. is seeking an NDE/NDT Projects Technician to conduct inspections, interpret findings, and report results across welded, piped, and pressure vessel systems.

You will apply Rope Access methods under IRATA standards to access elevated or confined spaces and perform NDE testing within certification scopes. The role requires CGSB NDE certification, IRATA level consideration, a high school diploma, and comfort with working at heights and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• CGSB certified in one or more NDE methods.
• IRATA Level 1/2/3 or interest in completing IRATA Level 1.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to site.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol test; valid driver’s license and 3-year driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work at heights.

• Ability to follow instructions, maintain focus, and multitask efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to site.
• Must submit a valid driver’s license, a 3-year driving abstract, and pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test prior to site access.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights
