Job summary

Air Canada is seeking an experienced technical Analyst to support IT solutions for its NDC and B2B portals. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure high-quality delivery and architecture adherence.

The role requires troubleshooting, requirement analysis, and documentation, with a focus on agile and DevOps practices. Applicants should have a background in airline tech and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT technology or operations experience in a large company (Transportation/Airline domain assets).
• University degree or technical certification; relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience with NDC APIs and schemas in airline distribution is an asset.
• Familiarity with IATA NDC standards and APIs/tools like Jira, SOAP UI/Postman.

Responsibilities

• Support NDC portal and Air Canada agent portal per architecture and requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues with IT cross functional teams and provide prompt solutions.
• Host product/project meetings and promote product management best practices.
• Maintain technical documents, flowcharts and procedures; report results.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal users on enhancements and testing.
• Conduct requirement and systems analysis translating business needs into specs.
• Support hybrid, Agile and DevOps workflows and project monitoring.
