Qualifications

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.

About You

You are a highly motivated and versatile individual looking to join our IT team as an nCino Salesforce Administrator within Core Banking. This role is responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and implementation of the nCino platform. This role will work with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement to both nCino and Salesforce platforms while aligning with PG’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate shall work as an advanced subject matter expert for the Core Banking Team.

About The Day-to-day

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues, configure workflows and system components, produce system documentation, and collaborate with nCino support teams on production issues.
  • Deploy new releases of nCino and Salesforce post Sandbox testing, coordinate application updates, and perform post-go-live verifications.
  • Work with analysts and clients to define requirements, design system configurations, recommend solutions, collaborate on customizations, and build workflows aligned with business needs.
  • Address production issues, engage with external vendors, and support ongoing software development initiatives.
  • Create change tickets, collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, and oversee communications regarding upgrades and releases.

About The Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator & nCino 201 Commercial Banking Functional.
  • Preferred: nCino 301 and nCino Platform Certification.
  • 3+ years in Salesforce and nCino administration and support.
  • Strong background in commercial lending, financial services, and loan origination systems.
  • Deep understanding of banking operations, workflows, security, and risk management.
  • Proficient in nCino administration tools and product hierarchy.
  • Skilled in SQL/SOQL, API integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON), CI/CD (Bitbucket, GitHub), and OwnBackup.
  • Familiar with DocuSign, Equifax, and integration platforms (Informatica, Workato, MuleSoft).
  • Experience with APEX, LWC, Triggers, and Azure Infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.

About The Work Environment

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

Compensation

Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $85,000 and $95,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possesses.
