The Ministry of Mental Health and Addiction is seeking a Calgary Navigation and Support Centre Lead. Reporting to the Director, North Operations, this position provides leadership, operational support, direction, and consultation to ministry partners and service providers operating within the Calgary Navigation and Support Centre (NSC). The position supports the development and implementation of NSC programming, facilitates site operations, promotes effective service delivery, and serves as a liaison between community partners and ministry leadership. The Lead monitors site operations to identify service delivery impacts, operational issues, emerging trends, and opportunities for improvement. This position also supports the coordination of services, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative approaches to addressing the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness.
