Job summary

Weir Canada, Inc. in Halifax, NS is seeking a Naval Warfare Technologist / Specialist for OT&E to join the CCS team at CFMWC. This permanent onsite role involves technical investigations, validation of system performance, and liaison with Navy stakeholders to advance River Class Destroyer testing and evaluation efforts.

The candidate should have naval operations experience, valid security eligibility, and strong written English skills. Travel to test locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in naval warfare and systems assessment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical content clearly.
• At-sea experience or naval operations exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for investigations and documentation with SME input.
• Validation and advisory support for naval projects and procedures.
• Coordinate testing and evaluation activities for shipboard equipment.
• Lead and guide complex test and evaluation activities with stakeholders.
