Weir Canada, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the Navy information systems initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating with clients and internal technical teams to plan, track, and deliver project milestones in a primarily remote setup with onsite requirements.

You will engage stakeholders, prepare documentation, manage change submissions, and ensure alignment with the development lifecycle while supporting overall program governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating IT, telecoms or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project lifecycles, budgeting and scheduling.
• Able to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, track scope and costs, monitor risks.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and progress meetings with technical teams.
• Document requirements and manage technical work packages.
• Support safety and governance processes.
