Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing vendor documentation to identify maintenance and support requirements.
2. Collaborating with the LCMM team to determine necessary spares and quantities by reviewing technical publications and usage data.
3. Processing and maintaining Material Requirements Planning entitlements for storerooms.
4. Assisting in identifying maintenance or spares needed for Short Work Periods or Docking Work Periods.
5. Supporting Engineering personnel in developing proposals related to materials and material management.
6. Addressing spares queries and material-based problem reports promptly.
7. Managing supply support data within LSAR.
8. Compiling data for cataloguing new materials and revisions to existing ones, including gathering technical documentation for alternate part number approvals.
9. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of part numbers, descriptions, and OEM information across platforms.
10. Documenting material updates in the technical data package.
11. Assisting in sourcing materials from vendors.
12. Supporting program Material Master configuration and developing Material Master Management processes.
13. Ensuring adherence to standards, procedures, and controls.
14. Creating Document Change Requests for technical data package revisions related to materials.
15. Assisting in preparing and executing various Supportability plans and B2B processes.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support or Logistics Support Analysis.
• Experience working with LSAR tools/software such as OmegaPS, Eagle ELT, Relex, etc.
• Experience conducting analyses like LORA, FMEA, FMECA, etc.

Soft Skills

• Effective collaboration skills.
