Natural Immix Health Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Manager
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $55.00~$57.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Work Location: 2170-1368 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6P4
  • 4% vacation pay
  • $500 Health Spending Account

Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a department
  • Manage and support staff responsible for records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services
  • Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the organization
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Conduct interviews, manage hiring processes, and oversee training and professional development for employees
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2~3 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
