Job summary

Heart & Stroke is seeking a Development Coordinator to enable development, volunteer, and Provincial Advisory Board activities. You will consolidate operations, reporting, and execution work across teams, leading national volunteer engagement priorities and supporting fundraising through CRM tracking and donor-facing materials.

The role requires 1–3 years in coordination or nonprofit support, with CRM/reporting experience, and a post-secondary education.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of coordination, administration, or operational support in nonprofit sectors.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting/tracking tools.
• Post-secondary education in business administration, communications, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAB alignment and provide operational support for quarterly provincial PAB meetings.
• Develop workback plans for PAB materials; coordinate inputs, editing, translation, and distribution of meeting packages.
• Support agenda development and manage meeting logistics in partnership with Executive Assistants as needed.
• Track follow-ups and action items; maintain meeting cadence and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collect, consolidate, and report quarterly PAB key success metrics; support consistent reporting and visibility.
• Support cross-PAB learning by capturing key takeaways from decks/presentations and sharing relevant learnings across regions.
• Maintain CRM, fundraising platform, and revenue records while generating and reconciling reports for program tracking.
