Google LLC, through its Mandiant team, is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Offensive Security Consultant for national security engagements in Canada. You will embed with Canadian defence and intelligence clients, leading complex offensive and defensive security programs and presenting findings to executives.

The role emphasizes threat emulation, incident response, and the design of robust detection strategies within a hybrid, high‑stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains.
• Ability to obtain Personnel Security Clearance as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Help clients prepare for, mitigate, detect, and respond to cyber threats.
• Engage in high‑profile incidents, forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage.
• Test client networks, applications and devices to defend against threats and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead complex engagements with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
