Compensation & Benefits :

  • Annual salary $100,000 - $140,000 base salary, $150,000- $180,000 OTE (negotiable).

Location : Hybrid in the greater Toronto, Ontario region. This position is in office usually 2 days per week with the majority of time spent in the field and meeting with customers nationally.

About the Role

A growing global provider of high-performance apparel is looking for an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the Canadian market and contribute to broader North American strategy. This high-impact leadership position involves overseeing a regional sales team, managing major accounts, and aligning regional initiatives with cross-border goals to support continued expansion.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, brings a strong track record of leadership, and is motivated by the opportunity to work with top-tier performance brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers across Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Canada’s most valuable customers.
  • Create and execute targeted prospecting strategies for both dealers and end-users.
  • Monitor and optimize team time allocation between developing new business and managing existing accounts.
  • Align field activities with overall strategic goals and target industries.
  • Foster accountability through regular performance tracking and CRM-based reporting.

Strategic Partnership & Alignment

  • Serve as the primary contact for select major accounts.
  • Work in close partnership with the U.S. Sales Manager and global leadership to coordinate North American strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams in marketing, operations, and product development to ensure seamless execution.

Market Insight & Feedback

  • Advocate for Canadian market needs in global product planning and assortment decisions.
  • Provide actionable field insights to inform product innovation and long-term strategy.

About You

You’re a results-oriented sales leader with a minimum of 3 years leading a high-performing team.

  • Industry experience in workwear, PPE, footwear, or premium tools is highly desirable.
  • Passion for premium brands, especially those in performance or outdoor apparel.
  • Comfortable with analytics, forecasting, coaching, and structured sales processes.
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with a proactive, day-to-day leadership style.
  • Collaborative, hands-on, and energized by helping teams succeed.
