Who You Are

Village Media’s ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem - a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated to work with our clients in the day-to-day execution of campaigns.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining ongoing communication with key clients
  2. Managing campaigns and monitoring/optimizing performance
  3. Troubleshooting technical issues
  4. Managing a large programmatic budget
  5. Using analytics platforms to deliver reports
  6. Staying up-to-date on the latest programmatic trends, technologies and best practices

Must Haves:

  1. Extensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  2. Fluency with media buying-related technologies (DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, exchanges)
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver insights to clients
  4. Knowledge of programmatic trading - from the demand or the supply side
  5. Excellent understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the evolving ad tech scene
  6. Compelling presentation skills and great stakeholder management
  7. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, experience with Big Query and SQL, Excel
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  9. You must live in or be willing to relocate to Ontario
