National Medical Education Manager, Psoriatic Disease

Join us as the National Medical Education Manager, Psoriatic Disease at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

Located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, this role involves developing and executing the medical education strategy for dermatology and rheumatology portfolios, leading a team of Regional Medical Education Managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance medical education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the National Medical Education Strategic Plan, including needs assessments and educational objectives.
  • Identify and address healthcare professional educational gaps through the creation of educational assets and engagement of speakers and faculty.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of medical education activities to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage the budget for medical education activities.
  • Lead and develop a team of RMEMs, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with various functions to support business goals and ensure compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/medical education industry.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and experience working with healthcare compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in medical education, adult learning, and metrics analysis.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% domestically and internationally.
