Note: This is a full-time position based in London, ON, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must reside within a two-hour commute of one of our Teen Challenge Canada offices. Reporting directly reporting to the Director of Development; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a full-time National Manager of Events with 3-5 years’ of supervisory experience; event planning background is preferred. The National Manager of Events is a strategic and compassionate leader responsible for overseeing and guiding Teen Challenge Canada’s regional Development & Events Coordinators to ensure consistent, mission-aligned execution of fundraising events across the country.

The successful candidate will lead national event operations from planning through post-event analysis, ensuring all fundraising initiatives and outreach events are executed with excellence, efficiency, and alignment to Teen Challenge Canada’s values and goals. This includes coaching, developing event strategies that support donor engagement and revenue growth, and working closely with internal stakeholders to integrate branding, communications, and data-driven practices into all event efforts.

This position also plays a key advisory role in the development and execution of local fundraising strategies, outreach best practices, and donor stewardship initiatives. The National Manager of Events will act as the subject matter expert in event leadership across the organization, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and scalability of event planning while fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and shared mission.
