Ecolabs Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) division is seeking a Corporate Accounts Manager for Western Canada to join its industry leading sales will be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing national accounts in a selected outstanding presentation skills and style youll help our customers be more profitable by saving water energy and waste.

What You Will Do :

  • Develop and expand existing and new accounts in a designated industry segment within quick service restaurants
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for all accounts
  • Present valueadd products and programs highlighting impact to the customers business
  • Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Quick Service Restaurantsvalue proposition
  • Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and delivery of Service Standards are consistent

Territory / Location Information :

  • Territory Coverage : British Columbia Alberta Saskatchewan. Applicants must be based in BC.
  • Overnight travel will be based on business requirements up to 25 % travel time required

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree required. This will be verified! If a degree is not completed a commitment to complete a degree within a predetermined period will be required for anyone taking on this position.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful performance in businesstobusiness commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience or industry experience
  • Experience within the restaurant and food service industry preferred
  • Demonstrated history of managing and delivering on project timelines
  • Valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US immediately upon hire for training and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven record of high individual sales performance including experience selling programs and / or service in Ecolabs core market segments (restaurant hospitality food retail medical food and beverage processing) and corporate or multiunit sales experience
  • Bilingualism (FR / EN) would be an asset.
  • Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • P&L knowledge
  • Selfmotivation and drive for results
  • Excellent organization time management and followup skills
  • Restaurant industry and product knowledge good business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrates aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range :

Base salary range is $80000 $90000. This position has a base salary and is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan as a % of eligible pay per plan terms.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on fulltime 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education training experience work location travel (if required) etc.
