The National Appraisal Team Leader, Property manages all appraisal channels for vendor program adherence, quality assurance and contractual obligations of Restoration vendors. This role also oversees the performance and quality of the Property Appraisal Desk Review and will also oversee any future Field Appraisal and Reinspection Program Roles that are added to the business. This role would be responsible for hiring and retaining talent aligned with Gore Mutual’s practices and principles. This role has a team of direct reports made up of desk adjusters and field adjusters!

Hybrid: This role requires working in our Cambridge, Ontario office 2 days per week.
