Do you love the outdoors? Then Big Rock Sports is the place for you! Big Rock Sports Canada, a leading distributor of fishing, hunting and camping equipment, is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a National Account Coordinator in Barrie, Ontario.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Input and update product information and pricing into Big Rock and customer data bases accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze sales and performance data related to national accounts, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by national accounts promptly and effectively. This may involve collaborating with internal teams such as sales, customer service or logistics to find solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain records of pricing, programs and deals supporting national accounts
  • Other assignments as assigned

Qualifications

  • Efficient in a Microsoft Windows based environment
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements

Sitting long periods of time.

Work Authorization

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada.
