About the Role

The National Accounts Associate at iA Clarington Investments will support relationship management and business development efforts with national accounts and internal channels. The role involves coordinating sales and marketing efforts, completing due diligence questionnaires, conducting data analysis, coordinating compliance efforts, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management Support : Assist in maintaining relationships with broker-dealers, banks, and other financial institutions. Serve as a primary contact for operational requests. Manage onboarding for new agreements and platform approvals. Collaborate on due diligence questionnaires.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination : Work with sales teams on strategies. Prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and analyze market trends.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Generate reports on sales, asset flows, and market performance. Maintain CRM records.
  • Operational & Compliance Support : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate due diligence and product reviews. Assist with fee and revenue arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Canadian Securities Course
  • 5+ years in asset management or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with Morningstar and YCharts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Career Progression
