A leading company in the industrial packaging sector is looking for a National Account Sales Coordinator. The role involves supporting account managers and coordinating communication across teams to ensure smooth order processing. As a National Account Sales Coordinator, you will support our national account managers in the industrial packaging division. You will play a key role in coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate quoting and order processing. This position reports to the National Account Manager and offers a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, with profit-sharing bonuses.

THE LOCATION:
• Office location: Vaughan, ON
• Hybrid work schedule – 3 days working from the office, and 2 days working from home schedule
THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION:

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES:
• Coordination and support for national account managers in industrial packaging and office product categories
• Sourcing and quoting consumable packaging products such as boxes, stretch wrap, protective packaging, and tape
• Managing and supporting program development for national customers across multiple provinces
• Collaborating with suppliers to obtain pricing and product availability for custom orders
• Assisting with training content creation for sales teams on packaging products
• Supporting order processing and communication with replenishment managers to ensure product availability
• Facilitating internal coordination of forecasting, purchasing, and distribution across 15 locations nationwide

• Essentially, any business vertical that requires packaging consumables.
• The decision makers are primarily warehouse managers, purchasing departments, mid-level managers, and, in some cases, C-level executives.
• Final decision makers on the client side: Warehouse Manager, Purchasing Manager, or Mid-level Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with CRM or order management systems (experience with ARAPlus or Stratum is an asset)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with national account managers, suppliers, and customers
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Familiarity with industrial packaging products (e.g., boxes, stretch wrap, protective packaging, tape) is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Willingness to work from the office three days a week and occasional travel for training or client support
