Job description

Caesarstone is a leading global brand of multi application premium surfaces with offices around the world. For over three decades, Caesarstone has been expertly crafting surfaces for the heart of the home.

To expand our Housebuilder / Developer team in Ireland , we have an exciting new opportunity for a National Account Manager (Housebuilder / Developer) . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, growing, and maximising sales of Caesarstone quartz and porcelain slabs into the new homes market segment. This will involve seeking out housebuilder and developer companies, maintaining the business relationship, and increasing sales derived from housebuilders and developers, whilst ensuring that they are kept up to date and fully informed of any developments within Caesarstone. This includes establishing and developing relationships with key decision makers. Tailor and present Caesarstone presentations to customers to cover areas such as company profile, range offered, and marketing collateral available. Gain formal commitments in the form of signed agreements. Communicate with other team members and provide information that assists in ensuring the specification is maintained until fabricators buy Caesarstone mineral surfaces.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years sales experience in a business to business or business to consumer environment. Contacts in and experience of the building industry.
  • Commercial awareness. A knowledge of the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Computer literacy experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic sales and training skills.
  • Ability to journey plan in given area.
  • A full clean driving licence is required.
  • 3 years business to business sales experience within the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry.
  • Experience of working with a premium brand.
  • University degree or professional qualification with an emphasis on Marketing or Sales or equivalency in experience.

Note : The position will require some travel and overnight stays.
