Job Description

This is a regular full-time position located at 228 Commercial Street, P.O. Box 580, Berwick, Canada.

In this key role, you will:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store’s team, sales representatives, and regional management
  • Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Help recruit and develop team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well-being
  • Manage the store budget and take steps to improve financial results
  • Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales
Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • At least 3 years of management experience responsible for financial performance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
