Responsibilities
  • Drive direct sales engagements into a set of Named Accounts within your territory.
  • Create and implement territory plans to achieve deployments of Fortinet solutions to existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers to meet sales goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Negotiate terms of business to achieve mutually beneficial results and long-term partnerships.
  • Build and promote Fortinet's position as a leader in Unified Threat Management.
Qualifications
  • Experienced Technology Sales professional familiar with the Ottawa/NCR market.
  • Experience designing business plans and market strategies to increase sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to move deals through the sales cycle.
  • Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in network security technologies such as VPN, Firewall, AV, AS, Intrusion Prevention, Content Filtering, Cloud security, and AI.
