Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Named Account Executive in Canada to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business.

This remote role involves multi-stakeholder engagement, longer deal cycles, and generating new business while expanding existing client relationships across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
