Job description

This is a technical hands-on position involving setting up and programming Nachi robots in a production facility, as well as providing automation support upon completion. Responsibilities may include any of these aspects separately:

Skills should include:

1. Downloading OLPs (Offline Programs)
2. Setting up communication with the PLC and peripheral equipment
3. Robot zone setup and dress pack adjustment
4. Robot I/O configuration
5. Robot mastering, TCP verification, and payload setup
6. Auto-debugging with PLC and troubleshooting
7. Cycle time reduction and throughput improvement
8. Experience with Spot, Sealing/Dispensing, Stud, MIG, Riveting, Flow Drills, Clinch Guns, and all associated pedestal applications with material handlers
9. Experience with vision systems is a plus
