Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Enablement and Training Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile professional who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams with a focus on delivering enablement and sales training in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are key to building strong relationships with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with business leadership and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and uses this information to recommend appropriate learning solutions that lead to behavior change impacting business priorities/results.
  • Collaborates with WW ISG, alliance partners and NA ISO to facilitate training each quarter that aligns with business priorities.
  • Tracks completion and communicates learning outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Maintains onboarding materials and coordinates training with SMEs.
  • Aligns with ISO Sales Enablement team and Category to drive necessary materials for NA ISG sellers.
  • Communicates Enablement Material monthly on Sales Update Calls.
  • Coordinates interviews for Customer Win stories with the sales team.

Basic Skills:

  • At least 5 years previous experience in sales training.
  • At least 5 years previous experience in sales content development & curation.

Desired Skills:

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively work with a range of stakeholders including executives, subject matter experts, vendors, etc.
  • Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities.
  • Strong initiative and drive for results.
