Responsibilities

Testing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to the creation of a Test Design Document (TDD) and owning testing outcomes at the project level
  • Interacting with all involved parties in testing
  • Having knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows
  • Having knowledge in CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and others
  • Strong understanding of version control systems such as GIT
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
  • Knowledge in capital markets is a plus
  • Experience in software engineering, software quality, testing, and test management is a plus
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and cross-group collaboration
  • Drive for excellence and eagerness to learn across broad scopes
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Building and managing personal test schedules
  • Managing and resolving testing conflicts
  • Working closely with analysis teams to ensure clear, testable acceptance criteria

  • Defining project test environment and data strategies

  • Collaborating with program management on capacity and skills planning

  • Strong understanding of test management and lifecycle
  • Experience with MXTest suite
  • Good product knowledge
  • Experience working with key stakeholders in streams
  • Understanding of market data, curve structures, simulations, and trade lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Supporting RISK users and resolving issues
