We specialize in implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration services, delivering over 200 successful Murex projects across asset classes and sectors such as investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance. We value diverse backgrounds in finance, technology, or mathematics, especially those with experience in the capital markets industry.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of Test Design Documents (TDD) and own testing outcomes at the project level.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in testing processes.
  • Utilize technical environments like SQL, XML, Unix, Windows.
  • Work with CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
  • Maintain version control using systems like GIT.
  • Apply automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of capital markets is advantageous.
  • Possess experience in Software Engineering, Software Quality & Testing, or Test Management.
  • Certifications like ISTQB are a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams and across groups.
  • Drive for excellence and eagerness to learn across functional, product, finance, testing, and technical areas.
  • Manage test schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear acceptance criteria and test coverage.
  • Plan test strategies, define environment and data requirements, and ensure integration of regression and automation testing.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance reviews and interface with governance structures.
  • Coordinate with Program Management to align testing capacity and skills with project needs.

Skills

Must have:

  • Deep understanding of Test Management lifecycle and testing cycles.
  • Experience with MXTest suite and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders and understanding of Market Data, Curve structures, and Trade Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting RISK users and resolving issues.
  • 0.5 to 3 years of testing experience with Murex.
  • Strong personality, logical, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large distributed teams.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter with good communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience with Murex Test management, MXpress, MXplus, MX.3 upgrades, and trade lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of SQL (Oracle/Sybase) and Unix commands.
  • Client focus, effective communication, teamwork, personal leadership, planning, and analytical decision-making skills.
