Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily end-user issues related to functionality, technical aspects, valuation, and pricing (L1 Support).
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement necessary enhancements.
• Develop requirements aligned with project needs and resolution strategies.
• Manage daily tasks to ensure timely completion of support deliverables.
• Assist support groups in resolving requests or issues.
• Analyze and contribute to solutions as per project deliverables.
• Stay updated on new application developments, enhancements, upgrades, regulations, and practices.
• Perform testing for deliverables and participate in release cycles (SIT / UAT).
• Provide off-hours support for EOD batch processes and weekend support as per team rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Murex Integration (MxML / WF).
• Proficiency with technologies such as MxMLExchange, RTBS / MDCS, and Datamart.
• Experience in implementing, developing, and supporting MX.3 modules for enterprise integration, including APIs (.Net, Java, C++, SOAP / REST), real-time services, market data, and workflows (at least 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of SQL / RDBMS.
• Familiarity with UNIX / Linux operating systems.
• Attention to detail and rigorous approach.
