Job summary

Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary health care team. You will assess, treat, educate and manage patients receiving physical therapy, under the supervision of the Coordinator, Therapy Services, across multiple sites in Vancouver Island.

Travel may be required; a valid BC Driver's Licence is preferred. Graduation from a recognized university program in Physiotherapy and current licensure with the College of Health and Care

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized university program in Physiotherapy.
• Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Physiotherapist.
• Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
• Valid BC Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, educate and manage patients/clients receiving physical therapy.
• Under supervision of the Coordinator, Therapy Services, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Travel may be required; transportation may be by personal vehicle.
