Under the supervision of the Lead Pricing and Credit, the Credit Analyst is responsible for collections and Customer Master management. The role involves establishing customer relationships and collaborating with Customer Service, Business Process Outsourcers (BPO), and Commercial teams to respond efficiently to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage collections with customers.
  2. Follow protocols to set up or update Customer Master records.
  3. Track requests related to Customer Master.
  4. Prepare netting and write-off journal entries for bad debts and over-the-counter deductions.
  5. Assist in preparing the AR aging report for monthly review with the Controller, providing comments on past-due items.
  6. Prepare and reconcile the cash deposit book with customer remittances.
  7. Address customer inquiries via main phone lines on a rotational basis.
  8. Support the Senior Accountant AR with wholesaler collections as needed.
  9. Initiate process improvements and quality reviews to enhance productivity.
  10. Support the resolution of credit issues with customers.
  11. Monitor and support periodic credit reviews.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Systems:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate level).
  • SAP experience is preferred.

Business and Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals.
