Northern Employment Solutions Inc. is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to support a client through graphic design and video production. The role demands independent work, strong typography, layout, and brand consistency across marketing materials, websites, and social campaigns.

You'll shoot, edit, and produce digital assets, motion graphics, and on-location content, ensuring professional results and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animated content.
• Experience with green screen keying and compositing.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and audio production.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for on-location productions.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, reports, advertisements, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

• Prepare artwork for both print and digital production.

• Apply colour correction, basic colour grading, and audio editing.
• Assist with photography and videography during on-location productions.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear.
• Organize project files, media assets, and editing workflows.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Multimedia Designer to support our client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in graphic design who is also experienced in professional video production and editing.

The successful candidate will create a wide range of digital and print marketing materials while also supporting photography, videography, motion graphics, and post-production projects. We are looking for someone who can work independently, interpret creative briefs with minimal direction, and consistently produce polished, professional work that aligns with brand standards.
