This role is based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, working closely with the Diabetes/Endocrinology Department to support patient pathways. The shift pattern is 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with some shifts outside these hours to meet service demands. The role involves high-volume workload management, requiring prioritization skills. Occasional assistance with other administrative roles may be needed.
