Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan to present to the team.

  2. 60% of your role involves

  3. Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team.

  4. 20% of your role involves

  5. Developing in-store team members at all levels through coaching, training, and one-on-one discussions.

  6. 20% of your role involves

  7. Ensuring store conditions meet established standards, creating a sound work environment, and managing staff schedules.

  8. Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.

  9. Inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service.

  • Strong communication and team-building skills.

  • Experience in coaching and developing others.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Smart Serve Certification.

  • Standard First Aid Certification.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years managing a high-volume retail location or multiple stores simultaneously.

Supervision:

  • 10-12 direct reports.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders.

Special Conditions:

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Budgeted range – $50,013.00 to $64,722.00.

The range considers experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and organizational requirements. Base pay is one component of Arterra's total rewards package.
