Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:
My client is seeking a full-time Multi-Skilled Technician to join their team at a large, secured, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Bromont, QC. This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on, mechanically inclined professional who thrives in a structured and team-oriented environment.
Work Environment:
Highly secured, air-conditioned, and clean manufacturing plant
Facility spans approximately 900,000 sq. ft., situated on 500 acres of land
Team-based setting with on-site support
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including fence and ventilator repairs
Replace motors, adjust fan belts, and handle other mechanical issues
Engage in physically demanding, hands-on maintenance work
No electrical or HVAC responsibilities required (handled by separate teams)
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in general maintenance
Valid driver's license (site not accessible by public transportation)
Designation in Electromechanics (preferred title in Quebec)
Ability to work independently and complete a variety of manual tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Welding experience
Experience:
A few years of relevant, hands-on maintenance experience
Education:
High School Diploma required
Electromechanics degree or certification is a strong asset
Technical Skills:
Basic computer literacy (for reporting, emails, task tracking, etc.)
