A large, well-respected builder recognized nationally for quality and innovation is currently seeking a dedicated Site Foreman/woman to join their team. This company specializes in the design and construction of modern, multi-family residential developments across Canada.

The project is located in Martensville, just 8 kilometers north of Saskatoon.

What You Will Do:

  • Interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints, and communicate effectively with team members and site personnel

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction activities to ensure project objectives are met

  • Provide daily project status updates to the superintendent and other stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and enforce safe work practices

  • Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example and guiding team members

  • Mentor labourers and carpenter apprentices

  • Assign tasks to crew members and subcontractors for efficient workflow

  • Enforce quality standards to ensure work meets specifications and industry expectations

  • Work year-round in various weather conditions, ensuring all safety protocols are followed

You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with expertise in both concrete and wood-frame methods

  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role on construction sites

  • Strong background managing large-scale projects, particularly involving concrete

  • Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter certification is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to read blueprints and construction schedules

  • Willingness to travel to other project locations across Canada if required

  • Basic computer skills for task management and communication

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with resilience and professionalism
