About the role

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth in two channels : 1) the assigned Winnipeg Manitoba territory, with a 40% focus on face to face in person territory management 2) remote customers, with a 60% focus on virtual management of customers. By leveraging critical thinking and an OMNI Channel approach, the role supports healthcare professionals in educating parents to make informed choices about infant feeding while strengthening Mead Johnson Nutrition’s (Reckitt) reputation as a science-based pediatric company

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll :

Build Healthcare Professionals’ Engagement Through Insights : As part of your territory management responsibilities, you will visit customers in person; face to face to :

  • Utilize insights to educate healthcare professionals about their practice, offering unique perspectives on infant feeding.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare professionals’ environments and perspectives, ensuring alignment with the needs of parents, the company, and healthcare professionals.
  • Tailor communication and engagement strategies to different customer types for maximum impact.
  • Educate Healthcare professionals on MJN relevant science and product portfolio;
  • Manage time in territories to effectively maximize customer reach.
  • Must have access to personal vehicle and legal class 5 driver’s license

As part of your remote customer management responsibilities, you will reach remote customers via phone or virtually to :

  • Develop effective relationships with healthcare professionals from remote regions in Canada;
  • Promote Mead Johnson Nutrition infant formula portfolio and service medical clinics with relevant materials.
  • Support the territory business manager team during vacancies.

Develop & Execute Operational Plan :

  • Design and implement operational sales plans to support business priorities with an emphasis on both territory management and remote customer servicing objectives
  • You will plan and execute impactful medical education programs customer engagement interactions to drive brand recommendations and customer advocacy. engage healthcare professionals and enhance Reckitt’s presence.
  • Identify and prospect new healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.

Leverage Resources Effectively & Efficiently :

  • Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for managing, analyzing, monitoring, and planning engagement strategies.
  • Manage budgets and tools strategically, ensuring optimal use of available resources.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with teams to achieve territory and regional objectives.

The experience we're looking for

  • University degree or college diploma in Science, Commerce or other related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the health care industry.
  • Ability to develop strong, supportive relationships via face to face and telephone.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Word / Powerpoint and managing databases.
  • Bilingualism is required (French and English)
